At Layers Wrap, we want your experience to be seamless from checkout to installation. Please read the details below so you know exactly how shipping, returns, and exchanges work
Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-14 working days.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
- Failed Deliveries: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how returns work:
- Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with packaging intact
- Custom and personalized wraps are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to approved non-defective returns. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- You may exchange your item for another design or opt for store credit.
- Store credit does not expire.
- Price differences will either need to be settled or will be issued as credit.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
- In such cases, we also cover the return shipping.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After this window, your order may already be in production or shipping, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
- If you miss the cancellation window, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@layerswrap.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA).
- Ship the item to the address provided in your RA.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–10 business days.
